Before you book
What does an Estate Day include?
The whole home for 8 to 12 hours: the Upper Deck, the Front Yard, the main living spaces and the Podcast Studio, for up to 20 guests. We only host one group at a time.

We'd love to host you. Larger events get a custom quote that covers off-site parking and shuttle service, extra staffing and setup. Slide the guest count above 20 and send the request.
Can I stay overnight?
The host of an Estate Day or Weekend Mastermind can add the Penthouse Suite for $420/night. It's the private master bedroom at the top of the hill. It isn't offered to the general public, and the rest of the house isn't for overnight stays.
How does the weekend discount work?
Book Friday, Saturday and Sunday together and you get 20% off all three days. It's built for masterminds, team trainings and retreats.
Where do guests park?
We provide off-site parking with shuttle service. It's a safe, convenient place for your guests to gather before the event, and the shuttle ride up the hill sets the tone for the whole day. You'll get the exact location with your confirmation.
What's your cancellation policy?
It's spelled out on your invoice before you pay. Your security deposit is refunded after the event if the house is left as you found it.
