Treat it like Mom's house.
Because it is. These keep the estate beautiful and the neighbors happy.

Your booking is yours alone. Your headcount can't go above what you booked.
Parking
Guests use our off-site parking and shuttle. The location is shared after you book. Please don't park on the street on the hill.
Quiet hours
Amplified music ends at the time on your confirmation. We follow all City of La Habra Heights rules.
No smoking indoors
Smoking happens only in the designated outdoor area, and never during a fire-weather warning.
Overnight stays
Only the booked host stays overnight, in the Penthouse Suite. The rest of the house is for daytime use.
Respect the residents
Creators live here. Private suites are off-limits unless you're invited in.
Leave it as you found it
Your security deposit is refunded after a walkthrough. A cleaning fee applies if extra cleaning is needed.
